ACT-SYS is a non-contact measurement solution that targets hard-to-inspect materials typically having low-acoustic impedance such as composites, additively manufactured parts and textiles both during and after manufacture. ACT-SYS is a modular yet scalable inspection solution that combines our bespoke sensors, electronics with an analytics software backend. The prime advantage of ACT-SYS is that it facilitates non-contact measurement to make rapid inspection without the requirement for any part preparation, inherently avoiding contamination. The sensors used in ACT-SYS are custom-designed and fabricated specifically for a given application of our customers.
